Tip 1: Rise above the cravings

List things like health reasons, cost, discomfort, bad breath, or other reasons and make a list as long as possible. Also be sure to list how you will feel when you've kicked the habit.

Once you have completed your list of reasons you want to quit and how you will feel after you've stopped, Make a list of the consequences of not stopping. Other smokers get cancer in your family? Tip 4: Break time!
